What is Subbed?
Subbed is a tiered membership NFT for a content creation and consumption platform where users mint/purchase an NFT to access different types and levels of content from their favourite Content Creators. The first token to be minted will be the Genesis Membership NFT which will allow the holders lifetime access to all Creators and Categories that are on the platform.
Why subbed? What makes this project special/unique?
For Creators: subbed provides a distribution channel that accesses a new Fan base which is largely untouched by Content Creators, where Creators can own, manage and monetize their content in the way that they want.
For Fans: subbed provides access to and engagement with Content Creators in brand new ways. With a Genesis NFT, Fans are able to see content from all Creators on the subbed platform across all Categories that are built in the future.
Who are the Genesis Creators on subbed?
Genesis Creators are the initial Creators that will have content on the platform at launch. These 10+ Creators will be announced leading up to, and soon after the Genesis mint date. Our goal is to be the Content sharing platform of the future with 1000s of Creators monetizing their Content in Web3.
What will a Genesis NFT Holder have access to at time of minting?
Once minted, or soon after, NFT holders will be able to access the subbed platform and content from our Genesis Creators.
What Categories of Content will be available on subbed?
The types of Content Categories added in the future to subbed will be community driven. These could be Gaming, Fitness or even Cooking, we will ask the community to decide.
Will there be other Membership NFT types able to be minted?
Yes. The Genesis NFT will be the first membership to be minted and the only one that will grant access to all Content Categories and Creators.Subsequent membership NFT tiers will also be available in the future which will allow gated access to a Category (and all Creators within the Category), a single Creator, or only Free Content as an example.
What forms of Content will be on subbed?
Images, video and live streaming.
What is subbed’s minimum age limit?
Users must be 18 years or older as a Creator or User of the platform. Users of the platform agree to the Terms of Use policy, and Creators are required to go through an account verification process.
Who are the Founders?
The Founders are experienced executives in web2 who have built products, customer bases and communities from the ground up. They have extensive experience in leading teams and projects within the gaming, play-2-earn and crypto industries, making profitable new products in both big business and start-up environments. The Founders have recently exited from a start-up and are employed by the acquiring business until later this year, and are tied in through equity payments due over 2022. Subbed is their next venture
What will be done with the Genesis Mint funds?
The majority of raised funds will go back to Creators and the Platform Wallet to be used to build out the subbed platform, for marketing purposes, and to create sustainable operations for the business to be able to scale for years to come. Only 10% of the raised funds go back to the Founders, which will be used to cover initial capital spent used to build an already usable platform at launch for our Creators and Holders. These funds will also be locked for a minimum of two months, to build trust with our community and Holders that we are here to build for the long term.
Will the team dox?
Given our circumstances with current employment and equity payouts, we are unlikely to dox prior to mint in order to not jeopardise those payments. However, we may be open to dox to respected members of the NFT community to build that trust with our future users. We have families and young children, and there is always a risk of personal abuse in online communities and due to this, and the above, we believe it’s best for the safety of the team to remain anonymous for now. That being said, we understand the work we need to do to earn your trust, and are committed to being fully transparent and responsive to the community.
What is the Total Supply of the Genesis NFT?
Genesis NFT supply is TBD and will be based on the perceived market trends at time of launch. When additional Content Categories and Creator NFTs are introduced in the future, Genesis NFT holders will have exclusive access to Whitelist mint for each of these NFTs.

Is there a Roadmap?
There is a high level roadmap that will be available in our Whitepaper and in our Discord. This will be added to as we get closer to the mint date.
Is there a whitelist / subbed list?
Yes, there will be a subbed list (WL). These will be given to deserving members of the community, through discord and social media giveaways, and through collaborations with quality projects.
